Partnership will support a unified, Canadian-hosted case management environment across JF&CS programs.

- NewOrg Management System is pleased to announce a new partnership with Jewish Family and Child Service of Greater Toronto (JF&CS), a multi-program human services agency serving individuals and families across the Greater Toronto Area.
JF&CS delivers programs through three Pillars of Impact: Mental Health and Wellness, Poverty Reduction, and Safety and Security. As its services continued to grow, the organization sought to move beyond its internally hosted case management system and establish a secure, scalable platform capable of supporting its programs, reporting requirements, and long-term priorities.
JF&CS selected NewOrg for its nonprofit-focused platform, Canadian-hosted infrastructure, and experience supporting Jewish Family Service agencies and other complex human service organizations. NewOrg’s configurable approach will allow each program area to maintain its own workflows while bringing client information, service delivery, and reporting into one coordinated environment.
What the Partnership Will Support
Through the partnership, NewOrg will work with JF&CS to:
- Create unified client records and program-specific workflows across all three Pillars of Impact
- Strengthen reporting, dashboards, and outcomes tracking
- Integrate with government, funder, finance, and donor systems, including CPIN, MCCSS, CYMH, TPON, Sage, Raiser’s Edge, and Claims Conference reporting
- Provide secure Canadian hosting aligned with PHIPA and PIPEDA requirements
- Connect with Microsoft Entra ID and Teams
- Support implementation, migration, training, and ongoing system development directly through NewOrg’s team
