NewOrg Announces Its Biggest Platform Update Yet

NewOrg Management System, a data and case management platform built for nonprofits, human services organizations, and government programs across the United States and Canada, is preparing to launch the largest update in its history. Beginning this weekend, eight new capabilities will start rolling out across the platform, touching everything from AI documentation and security to scheduling, payroll, and payments.

AI Field Prompts

Documentation is only the beginning. NewOrg's newest AI capability can listen, read, and write across the platform, generating notes, populating records, and moving information where it needs to go, all without a staff member typing a word. What used to take an afternoon is about to take minutes, and you decide what gets done. Auditable, human in the loop, and HIPAA compliant AI.
 

Zoom & Microsoft Teams Integration

Zoom and Microsoft Teams are coming directly into the event workflow, with a lot less back and forth than you're used to. Schedule and invite with one click. Transcriptions and attendance automatically sync back for use by AI Field Prompts.
 

Microsoft Entra Single Sign-On

Already running on Microsoft 365? Signing into NewOrg is about to get a lot simpler, with one login for everything your team touches.
 

Bulk File Upload

The days of attaching documents one at a time are numbered. This update rethinks how files get into NewOrg altogether. Drop dozens or hundreds of files at once and automatically match them to client records.
 

DrFirst / Rcopia E-Prescribing

For organizations with licensed prescribers on staff, a new integration brings e-prescription management and pharmacy integration directly into the platform you already use.
 

AI Survey Import

Got a long paper form, assessment, or PDF that you want to share as a survey or form? NewOrg's newest AI tool makes that a five-minute job instead of five hours.
 

HR Time Off & Payroll Sign-Off

A new approval workflow is designed to take the headache out of payroll sign-off and time-off requests for employees, supervisors, and HR alike.
 

Integrated Stripe Payment Processing

Accepting payments gets a lot more seamless. Collect them directly inside the platform your team already lives in, with no separate checkout and no extra login.
