Harmony Therapy & Treatment Center has implemented NewOrg’s case management system to support clinical documentation, staff coordination, and oversight in its residential treatment program for youth.

Washington, D.C. - Harmony Therapy & Treatment Center is a newly constructed General Residential Operation and Residential Treatment Center located in Spring, Texas, serving boys between the ages of 7 and 17. With a capacity of 16 residents, Harmony provides round-the-clock care in a warm, home-like environment built around consistency, trust, and compassion. The center specializes in helping children work through emotional and behavioral struggles using a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes individualized care and therapeutic support. Each resident is encouraged to play an active role in their treatment, helping to build confidence, restore a sense of safety, and support long-term personal development. Harmony’s team is dedicated to creating an environment where every child can take meaningful steps toward healing and stability. 
 
To support its mission and ensure consistency in care, Harmony Therapy & Treatment Center partnered with NewOrg to modernize its clinical and operational infrastructure. • Admission and Discharge Documentation: Structured workflows guide staff through the intake and discharge process, including referral tracking, admission screenings, and standardized discharge summaries that reflect resident progress and outcomes.
    
• Clinical and Service Documentation: Staff can document daily progress notes, treatment plans, therapy sessions, and outcomes tied to service goals. The platform also supports AWOL reporting and incident documentation, with all entries time-stamped and securely linked to the resident’s record.
   
• Incident Management and Reporting: Serious incidents and behavioral events are logged using standardized templates with multi-level review and follow-up documentation, supporting accountability and regulatory compliance.  
   
• Ongoing Program Monitoring: Real-time visibility into current census and treatment phases allows staff to track daily participation, attendance, and clinical milestones across the program.
   
• Resident Progress Tracking: The platform provides tools to monitor resident progress over time, enabling clinicians to identify trends, adjust care plans, and support data-informed team decision-making.
   
• File and Documentation Management: Service-related files, including consent forms and scanned therapy notes, are stored securely within each resident’s profile, with role-based permissions to ensure confidentiality.
