Christian HELP Adopts NewOrg’s Nonprofit Case Management Software

Founded in response to the growing crisis, where nearly 50% of residents struggle to afford basic necessities and 1 in 5 children go to bed hungry, the organization emerged with a clear and compassionate mission: to prevent homelessness by connecting individuals with sustainable job opportunities, essential resources, and spiritual encouragement. Our coaches can now assist clients with greater efficiency while capturing and analyzing more data than ever before. The ability to track client progress throughout our coaching sessions has not only refined our methodology but also enhanced our overall effectiveness. Having had their existing software solution financially fold overnight, Christian HELP went on the search for a new system that could implement a solution for them as quickly as possible. Not only did they need a new system, but they also needed a system that would be able to expand with them over the coming years, as they will be duplicating services in another county. NewOrg met the challenge. 
 
Christian HELP was able to utilize multiple features of NewOrg within its integrated system to aid the efficiency of administrative staff and coaches. These features included: 
 

  • Online Client Intake & Scheduling: An online application that allows clients to book intake appointments through the NewOrg Scheduler, with automatic staff notifications for seamless coordination. 
     
  • Full Time/Vol Coaches Create Own Schedule: Coaches can set up their availability, allowing clients to book sessions at their convenience. This eliminates the need for lengthy email exchanges to confirm meeting times. 
     
  • In-built Virtual Meeting Tool: With NewOrg’s Video Conferencing feature, staff can easily send invitations, start video or audio sessions, and share files. Clients can also complete surveys that are instantly saved in the system, improving efficiency in capturing key data points. 
     
  • Simple Survey Data Collection Process: Staff can easily collect key program outcome data by either integrating surveys within a NewOrg Video Conferencing session or emailing survey links to clients with just a few clicks, streamlining the tracking process. 
     
  • Streamlined Email Communication: A flexible and easy-to-use email system that meets the organization’s operational needs. For instance, the system simplifies communication by auto-populating key client data into email templates. Eliminating the need for manual data entry when connecting volunteers with clients. 
     
  • Comprehensive Tracking: Easily monitor member progress on goals and action plans, ensuring clear insights into personal growth and key focus areas. 
     
  • Case Notes Documentation: Efficient recording and management of case notes, providing valuable insights into member interactions and outcomes. 
     
  • Automated Report Generation: Using NewOrg’s dashboard reports, key staff can attain any statistical breakdowns with a touch of a button.
