8 new features to help your team work more efficiently

Some of the features below use Artificial Intelligence. NewOrg is committed to adopting AI responsibly, with security and client privacy as top priorities. If you have questions or would like to use any of the new features mentioned below, click the SUPPORT button in your NewOrg system, then select Support Tickets to contact our team.
1. New AI Field Prompts
AI Field Prompts help organizations generate, summarize, classify, or extract information directly into event fields. Admins can create prompts for specific event types, choose the target field, and select supporting fields that guide the AI response.
Use AI Field Prompts to summarize notes, suggest categories, identify follow-up dates, extract keywords, determine priority or status, and pull key details from records.

2. Enhanced Security with Microsoft Entra
NewOrg’s integration with Microsoft Entra adds an extra layer of protection by supporting single sign-on and centralized authentication management.

3. Stripe Integration Now Available
NewOrg now integrates with Stripe, making it easy to collect payments for services, donations, and program fees directly within the platform. Payments are processed securely and automatically linked to your records for improved tracking and reporting.

4. AI Survey Import
NewOrg’s new AI Survey Import will help organizations create surveys from existing documents and question sets. Teams will be able to upload or reference a document, provide the questions they want answered, and use AI to help generate a structured survey.

5. Bulk File Upload
NewOrg’s upcoming bulk file upload feature will allow teams to upload hundreds of files at once and automatically assign them to the correct contact records, helping reduce manual file management and improve document organization.

6. Zoom and Teams Meeting Integration
NewOrg’s Teams and Zoom integrations will make it easier to create online meetings directly from NewOrg. Teams can schedule meetings, connect them to the right records, and capture transcripts for easier follow-up and documentation.

7. Payroll and PTO Management
New payroll and PTO management tools will help organizations track staff time, time-off requests, and related workforce details in NewOrg. This gives teams a more centralized way to manage employee information and day-to-day administrative workflows.

8. DrFirst Integration
NewOrg’s DrFirst integration allows licensed prescribers to manage electronic prescriptions through Rcopia while keeping prescription details connected to the appropriate client record.
