1. File Sharing Packets

The treatment process often requires collecting signatures and sharing multiple documents or uploading requests. NewOrg File Sharing now allows you to group them into Packets to be shared all at once. Create standard organization-wide, or custom packets of documents, print forms, surveys, and upload requests that can be shared with a client with a single click! An introduction and training is now available in the Group Training area of the support site.

2. CC Email Forwarding

Say goodbye to copying and pasting emails between systems. With CC Me from NewOrg, you simply CC to cc@neworg.com, and the email will be migrated to the appropriate NewOrg record automatically. Works with any email program you use, from Outlook to GSuite. Contact support to get more details and to turn on this feature today. To have this enabled, please submit a support ticket.

3. Sharable Dashboards

 Great news for sharing reporting with non-staff stakeholders! You can now share Dashboard items through the file share feature, and include them on client/volunteer/board portals! Contact support to enable this feature and get help with your first one.

4. Calendar Syncing

NewOrg now has the ability to synchronize your calendar with Outlook or Google. You can now select the types of events you'd like to transfer and then publish your NewOrg calendar so you can view it in Outlook and Google (or any other calendar tool that supports Internet Calendar Subscriptions).

5. Voice Transcription

Contact support to enable the new Voice Transcription feature that allows you to record a meeting or speak into a microphone and have it transcribed into text in any field on an Event. Save time writing Notes and go hands-free on home visits!

NewOrg is now a Certified B Corporation!

We’ve gone through an extensive verification process with B Lab to become Certified as a Public Benefit Corporation. B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency. NewOrg has made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance and joined a formal framework for continuous improvement.

PowerNet 2024 

NewOrg Management System attended this year’s POWERNET conference hosted by the Network of Jewish Human Services Agencies. We made several announcements during the conference including new AI features, the expansion of our Accelerator Grant Program, and changes in Medicaid block grants.

NewOrg holds live Group Training Sessions online every month. Here's what's on deck:
