We’ve added fresh ways to visualize your data with new line and donut graphs. These updated chart options make it easier to track trends over time, compare performance, and see distribution at a glance—ideal for monitoring program activity, resource allocation, and overall organizational impact.

2. Job Skills Matching & Resume Parsing
We've integrated with Bullhorn AI to help match applicants to opportunities based on their skills, along with automated resume parsing. This makes it faster and easier to connect the right people to the right roles.

3. CM3 File Sharing Form Component
You can now embed file sharing directly into your CM3 intake workflows. This means files can be shared automatically within the workflow using a built-in component — no more manual steps. Create a support ticket if you'd like to set that up.

Welcome, Melissa McEwan!
Melissa McEwan, a recent transplant to Edinburgh, UK, joins NewOrg as our newest Support and Implementation Specialist. With a background in editorial and project management, she brings to the team an equal passion for communication and problem-solving. In her spare time, Melissa is an avid reader, gamer, and explorer of the beautiful Scottish outdoors with her husband, Iain, and their dog, Lucy.
